       http://people.debian.org/~mmagallo/packages/synaptic/ woody/$(ARCH)/

 to that.  Replace synaptic with wmaker if you want to fetch the wmaker
 sources used to build the WINGs and wraster libraries.  There are
 binaries for CVS wmaker there, too (the -dev packages have shlib files
 with versioned dependencies, just in case you accidentally use this to
 build something you intend to upload)
