Sorry, I meant LANGUAGE. Here's my actual config :

LANG="es_ES@euro"
LANGUAGE="en_US"
LC_ALL="es_ES@euro"


Which gives me :

- Spanish accents
- Date in Spanish
- Menus of mutt in English
