probably.

on an almost-related topic...

there's also a missing dependancy on libdb3 by apt. i've built several
systems by installing base potato and then upgrading to unstable over
the last week or so, and unless i manually remember to install libdb3
when i upgrade apt, apt will die (and be unable to install further
packages)

the "fix" is to download libdb3 and use dpkg to install it.
