Have you ever seen one for becoming a RM?

You know, not everything needs to be spelled out in point form with
subheadings and appendices before it can be done.

One person offered, was okay, then changed eir mind. *shrug*

Nobody has even *tried*. Not even remotely.

I know you desperately want to blame James for this, or the DPL, and want
everything clearly documented and whatever else. But you're approaching
it from completely the wrong angle.

You want to avoid bickering? Then don't bicker! Don't bring up threads
about how the DAM must do such-and-such in such a way (whether it be
approving Eray, rejecting Eray, finding some more co-DAMs, documenting
procedures on how you can become a co-DAM or whatever else).

And if you want something done, *do it yourself*. Become an AM. Go out
of your way to be helpful in whatever ways you can, even if it's not
the ways *you* think need addressing.

And as I should've made clear by now, I'm entirely sure that demanding
*any* specific action on anyone's part is out of line.

Cheers,
aj
