:) as it happens, I checked the wnpp and -devel myself before uploading,
to make sure noone else had ITP'd it. So, I packaged it (actually I did this
over a year ago for my personal use, but did not put any effort in
fixing manpage and makefile since I was the only one using it),
and sent an ITP to debian-devel on the 12th July.
The reason for not submitting it to wnpp is that I already had the
package ready and did not feel like clobber the BTS more than neccesary.
As soon as the package would be installed the wnpp bug would be useless
anyway :) Also I left provisions for comments in my ITP to devel.
I just caught up with devel-reference section 6.1, which says it should
be sent to both devel and wnpp, so it will be done next time.

Hm, but since I got the "NEW" message from the debian installer, your
upload was treated as a NMU? Or did your upload just overwrite the cksfv_1.3-1*
files?

README and other, and also fixed gmake -> $(MAKE) in the makefile.
