Herbert Xu keeps a list a list of the (few) changes he made to the
source in /usr/src/kernel-source-tar-file, future versions of
kernel-{source,image,headers} will include this information in the
respective directory in /usr/share/doc/ too, as this functionality
has been added to kernel-package recently.

Because the modifications are really small this is imho enough. If
you wanted to get them separately you could use
apt-get source --diff-only kernel-source-<version>
     cu andreas
