Nothing.  I was merely offering a sample Sparc.

Well, that should be obvious.  A binary-all package is not recompiled
for every architecture; when it is first uploaded, it is current on all
architectures!  The binary-arch target needs recompilation for Sparc
presumably.

Running "madison <binary package name>" on ftp-master may be
informative.
