sourcenav-5.0 and insight-static-5.0 available for testing
Hi,
I just put a new release of sourcenav and a static build
of insight called insight-static at URI
http://borg.cs.bilkent.edu.tr/~exa/debian/
sourcenav-5.0 is the new upstream release of sourcenav
which includes a variety of backend improvements.
insight-static includes a whole set of tcl/tk/itcl/itk/tix
libraries in it, and it's a bit bloated. However, since
the stripped insight may have some glitches it might
be preferable for those who would like to use a sourcenav/
insight environment for development on sid/woody.
Once insight people finish the upgrade to tcl/tk 8.3, this
package will be removed from the archive.
These will be needing sponsorship since I don't have a Debian
account. (I have been waiting for DAM Approval) Colin Watson
had been sponsoring the sourcenav package for me, so if he is
still interested I would be glad if he sponsored this upload.[*]
