No, I dont think it is a particular good idea, since it will cause all kinds
of problems with missing and incorrect information. I prefer the current
solution with generating bug templates with correct dependencies and version
information.

Some tasks like cosing and reassigning bugs could be done by web frontend,
since i personally work a ot with the web archive and have to copy&paste bug
nubers and remeber the mai commands.

But for Reporting, it is not that good...
