mps5.plala.or.jp doesn't seem to exist (at least, not from the outside
world):

mpsb-nat02.plala.or.jp seems to be behind a firewall :

palette.mail.plala.or.jp = f100022.ap.plala.or.jp which is probably a
dynamic dialup IP.

I would say: why don't we restrict access all the mailing-lists to
subscribers ?
