My xemacs is mule aware...

ii xemacs21-bases 2001.02.04-1 Editor and kitchen sink -- compiled elisp su
ii xemacs21-gtk 20010311-5 Editor and kitchen sink
ii xemacs21-gtk-b 20010311-5 Editor and kitchen sink -- support binaries
ii xemacs21-gtk-m 20010311-5 Editor and kitchen sink -- Mule binary compi
ii xemacs21-gtk-s 20010311-5 Editor and kitchen sink -- architecture inde
ii xemacs21-mules 2001.02.04-1 Editor and kitchen sink -- Mule elisp suppor

Now I have the unstable xemacs21-gtk mule installed, I only have mule
input methods for Japanese and Chinese.

Last time, I managed to load these files manually (can't remember
how), and got input methods for Latin. However, I am surprised this is
not done automatically. How am I meant to enable mule support for
different languages?

/usr/share/xemacs21/mule-packages/lisp/leim/quail/latin-alt.elc
/usr/share/xemacs21/mule-packages/lisp/leim/quail/latin-post.elc
/usr/share/xemacs21/mule-packages/lisp/leim/quail/latin-pre.elc
