I do not, in any way, shape or form like the idea of "security off" as the
default policy for Debian.
Debian should not make the assumption that the user wants it to be a server to
anyone for any kind of information. Safe installs for a grandmother wanting
a word processor need to be the ground starting point.
You can have install questions take it from there, but the point is you cannot
force the "Debian default: worldwide access" method. Debian is not about
forcing bad decisions on people who don't know better.
