This "security measure" has been debated before on this mailing
list. I tend to think there are situations where it makes maintaining
a secure system harder, hence it decreases security instead of
increasing it.

Now that is entirely different.
However, out of curiosity, can somebody tell me how PARANOID may
increase security of the computer?
