I note that your mail headers include the line:

X-Mailer: QUALCOMM Windows Eudora Version 4.3.2

Does this mean that you're complaining that Eudora can't cope?  If so,
I really don't think there's much we can do about it, except point out
that there are many good free mailers around.  I'm certainly not going
to stop using mutt because Eudora can't cope with signed messages.
(Not that I send many signed messages, mind you.)  Perhaps you can
contact the Eudora developers?
