pre libtool 1.4 packages uploaded to "experimental"

Hi,

I just uploaded the latest libtool CVS sources (head branch, i.e. the
libtool 1.4 candidate), to master.  It is marked for going into
experimental so that unstable isn't royally hosed.  As far as I
understand, this version of libtool fixes some of the release
critical libtool bugs, so I'd really appreciate some feedback if any
of you have time.

An alternative is to upload libtool 1.3.5a, which is libtool 1.3.5
with "safe" patches.  libtool 1.3.5a is supposed to be stable.
However, I'm not sure if it addresses any of the release critical
bugs.
