ITP: libtext-chasen-perl - ChaSen binding for perl

ChaSen is a Japanese morphological analysis sytem, and it supplys API
as a library. libtext-chasen-perl is ChaSen binding for perl. 
It is needed by Namazu for high-paformance processing Japanese text.
