No, the name Debian GNU/Linux implies, IMO, exactly what it is supposed
to - that we are "Debian GNU", and Linux is one of the options.

Functioning without the GNU tools, while it would be convenient for,
e.g., embedded targets, is not an option that Debian as a whole is
prepared for.
