When searching for a package on www.debian.org/Pacakges there is a Quality column in the response. I do not fully understand how to interpret those numbers. For example, http://cig.debian.org/cgi-bin/search_packages.pl?keywords=tk8&sear chon=names&version=all&release=all display in this column values between 100% and 1%.
