This is not the case. Actually, Frank is working very very hard on greatly improving the mozilla packages, which is why it's taking so long to make them available. I, for one, will be very happy and thankful when he uploads his finished packages and will be satisfied grabbing unofficial (and therefore unsupported) packages if I want newer version. I do not blame Myth for refusing to upload and therefore put himself behind packages that are not up to par to his standards.
