orphaning the following packages

Due to lintian eating all of my time and my wife not letting me code much at
home I am orphaning many of my packages:

* xphoon
* snes9x
* util-linux -- this is a biggy.  Many hard to track down bugs 'fdisk does weird
  shit on my odd ide drive' kinda stuff.  Not for the feint of heart.  having
  lots of hardware is a good idea.
* snarf -- wget pretty much replaces this
* astyle -- Artistic Style, an indent replacement.  Works very well, a year
  dead upstream
* libnet0-dev -- comes from libnet a nifty packet creation lib.  A new upstream
  was just released.  I packaged this when I was hacking on a better divine, I
  have no need for it now.
* terraform -- A height field manipulation program, upstream is very responsive

All of my packages are at policy 3.2 or better.
