I just built 0.2.0 version of defoma, defoma-ps and defoma-gs. 
All codes are written in perl and everything is done on memory in a single
task. These changes result in a drastic speed up. It may be useful
for ghostscript users who have CJK TrueType fonts or CIDFonts, or who
want to use greek Type1 fonts in ghostscript without troublesome work of
editting resource files.
