Update-excuses for pchar

For pchar, I see:
pchar 1.2-4 (currently 1.2-2) (low)
      Maintainer: Matt Zimmerman <mdz@debian.org>
      only 6/10 days old
out of date on arm: pchar (from 1.2-2)
out of date on m68k: pchar (from 1.2-2)
      not considered

It is correct in stating that 1.2-4 is only 6 days old, but according to the
ARM build daemon logs at
http://buildd.armlinux.org/~buildd/build.php?pkg=pchar&ver=1.2-4&arch=arm pchar
was successfully built for ARM Tue 30 Jan 2001 11:00.

The hyperlink for m68k seems to say that the build failed there, but doesn't
give me any information about it. How do I find out what went wrong and fix
it?
