The WNPP list is supposed to replace searching -devel archives completely;
CC:ing (one way or another) to -devel is only recommended because there's no
other public place to discuss new packages. However, read below.

But then all the other messages (the usual bug junk) would clutter up
-devel. And we all know that -devel doesn't need any more needless traffic...
There will be a new list created, email@example.com, and it will replace
firstname.lastname@example.org address. That way everyone who wishes to see ITPs and all can
subscribe to that list.
