This is a parser based on ANTLR (already packaged in Debian)
for the TTCN3 language.  TTCN3 (Tree and Tabular Combined
Notation 3) is the upcoming standard language for tests of
communication protocols.  TTCN3 is developed by ETSI
(European Telecommunication Standardisation Protocol).  The
parser tool does not generate code, but is useful for error
checking of TTCN3 test suites.
