Which indicates there's a problem with the algorithm to promote packages
into testing. There are five critical bugs on lilo only on this issue, the
first one was received on 5 Jan 2001 22:51:51 against version 1:21.6-2.
Current version in testing: 1:21.6-2. (The bugs were resolved in later
versions but are still open in the BTS. That's a different issue,
however.) Anyway, this smells fishy. aj, could you please have a look at
what's going on here?
