I recieved a message from Igor Mozetic about the same problem, so i Cc'd him
on this message.
Dsniff has been moved to 'non-US', as the new version depends on openssl
(due to the new ssh1 man-in-the-middle capabilities).
I have uploaded a new version to non-US at the time of the move, but it was
generated with a broken version of dpkg, and denied.

I will upload a new version (generated with a better dpkg) to non-US today.
