At that time, it started recovering from all the email(it handles @debian.org
mails). It also started getting hit hard by the bts cgi scripts, the web cgi
scripts, and various other cgi things. It also runs the actual bug system
After it came up, it had a continous load of 30 to 40 for several hours, but
during that entire time, it was accessible by several people.
