TtH translates Plain TeX or LaTeX documents into HTML. It is fast and
produces web documents that are compact, managable and fast viewing.
It translates equations instead of converting them into images.

TtH translates LaTeX documents into MS Word compatible HTML. 
MS Word imports this HTML and outputs .doc with minimal loss
of format. Useful in a world where many organizations insist
on such broken proprietary formats.
