ok, it seems, that dpkg-ftp doesn'T have a problem with Package Pools.
Cd to `/debian'...
getting: pool/main/p/procmail/procmail_3.15-2_hurd-i386.deb (128.73k)
getting: pool/main/a/apt-listchanges/apt-listchanges_1.17_all.deb (13.27k)

PS: I hope that we get a working apt soon for the Hurd... even one
