Sorry, don't work like that. As I've tried to tell you twice now, Debian GNU/Linux
consists of volunteers. We don't get paid to work on creating a good OS, we do
it because it's fun!
Any of your programmer are however free to apply for developer status with debian.
It's up to the new-maintainer group to decide whether or not to accept the application.
