Perl-5.6-base depends on perl, not perl-5.6

Package: perl-5.6-base
Version: 5.6.0-3

When perl-5.6-base is installed, it depends on perl, and not
perl-5.6. This can lead to the situation that perl-5.6-base is
installed, with perl from the perl-5.005 package also installed.
This can cause problems when attempting to access perl-5.6
libraries.
The suggested fix should be for perl-5.6-base to depend on only
perl-5.6
