Unfortunately, the "Developer's Reference" is outdated in this
respect. The currently correct address for uploads is
ftp-master.debian.org or auric.debian.org (aliases for the same
machine). The incoming directory is a mouthful
"/org/ftp.debian.org/incoming".
dupload, from the package of the same name, is a script to
automate uploading of packages. The default configuration file for
the current version includes the correct url and incoming directory
for auric.
