RFC: planning bunch of wishlists for menu hints

[please CC me on reply]

I have plenty of installed packages on my home box, and the menus really get
overloaded. At last using the "hints" mechanism I have managed to get a
pretty usable Apps/Net and a IMHO better Apps/Math with the following hints:

Browsers (amaya, chimera2, netscape, konqueror, lynx, mozilla, skipstone,
	w3m, links...)
IRC (bitchx, Xbitchx, epic4, zircon...)
Mail (balsa, communicator, gbuffy, xbiff, mutt, postilion, tkrat, kmail...)
News (communicator, slrn...)

Calculators (bc, dc, gcalc, grpn, xcalc...)
Spreadsheets (abacus, siag, gnumeric...)

If noone objects, I'll send a massive number of wishlist items for
those. Obviously it will be better to have a normative list of such
hints as part of the menu sub-policy.
