Poke around in http://kde.tdyc.com/debian/dists/potato/ to find out what
it upgrades.
You may want to subscribe to debian-kde@lists.debian.org. Ivan (KDE
packager) seems to do quite a good job of keeping people on the list up
to date with the state of the kde.tdyc.com archive and the potato KDE
debs, and any problems with the packages found on that site should
really be directed to that list.
