ITP: hyperbole, infodock - integrated productivity enviroments built atop of emacs

Infodock is an integrated software development and internet productivity
toolset built on top of emacs. it features custom-tailored menubars
tailored for many editing modes and fontifying schemes for many
programming languages. it also integrates with other beopen tools
(like oo-browser and hyperbole).
Hyperbole is a programmable information management system and hypertext
system. hyperbole is also built on top of emacs.
i searched the mailing list and wnpp archives and found a 4 year old
ITP, and no reply to an email concerning the validity of the original
ITP, as appears in the wnpp record.
however, i'm not into any fighting of sort, and if someone else
claims the right to pack it, they're welcome to do so, and i will
withdraw the ITP.
i'll also need someone to sponsor the packages as i have just started
the new maintainer process.
