whatis parse failed?
Does anyone know the various reasons that the whatis parse from man-db
would fail?
I think that the prime reason would be if there was no Name Section
Header (.SH "NAME") after the .TH.
But I'd like to make sure. I asked the man-db package maintainer and I
haven't heard back from him/her yet.
