All right, I'll give you that. But it hasn't been done in years and for
good reason. The response to Bruce's actions was an attempt to limit the
DPL's power to being little more than a PR position. IMO it was serious
overcompensation, but the point is that people don't like that sort of
control over the project in the hands of one person.
Bruce was way out of line.
