Re: intent to package secvpn

Intent to package secvpn
Three month ago I have first written a mail with subject "intent to package
secvpn". After this mail I got a lot of replies. Most replies asked me to
upload the package. But one reply told me, that it is not a good idea to
build vpns using tcp over tcp and the webpage
http://sites.inka.de/sites/bigred/devel/tcp-tcp.html was mentioned, where
possible problems are discussed.

This was the reason why I did not upload the package until now, because we
first wanted to test if we could reproduce any problems. But this was not the
case. Our results are now part of the documentation of secvpn. You can also
see them on http://www.bschu.de/secvpn/index.html

I will upload the secvpn this afternoon.
