have u tested tunnelv again, it is a tcp tunnel too and prooved very stable.
it is easy to set up and it is plug and play (including network route
ihave). Also vtun can do TCP tunnels. But vtun can do a lot more (shaping,
compression and encryption, both in udp and tcp mode, and even some
ethernet/bridge mode)

Those solutions are much mor leightweigt to set up.
