So far there is not known correct solution for location so I've placed
temporal packages on my debian's homepage:

They are accessible from this url:

avifile-player_20001025-1_i386.deb (with dissabled problematic GSM decoder)
avifile-samples_20001025-1_i386.deb
codecs-win32_20001025-1_i386.deb

(all diffs, dsc & src are also there)
I hope next week there will be separate package for library and xmps pluggin.
Currently packages depends on SDL - I'm not so sure if it is
really necessary to use this library...

PS: these are demo-packages so any bugreports about packaging send directly
to me. Expect crashes due to the alpha quality of this software....
