The debian port compiles with -DHASSETPROCTITLE in the Makefile. I was able
to recompile mine without it.

$(CC) $(CFLAGS) -DHASSETPROCTITLE $< -c
$(OBJS): extern.h ../support/daemon.h ../support/setproctitle.h
