ITP: LTT, the Linux Trace Toolkit

Hi,

I'd like to package the Linux Trace Toolkit, which is at
http://www.opersys.com/LTT/.

It is composed of a kernel patch (against 2.2.14) and user-space
tools.  The kernel patch will be handled by my still experimental
dh_installkpatches, as kernel-patch-kdb is now.
