Of course, it can. The Erlang Public License is the license that is used
by Erlang (packages erlang-* in main). And Eddie is licensed under the
same license, so if Erlang is in main, Eddie can go in main...

And in fact, the Erlang Public License is inspired by the Mozilla Public
License.
