No, but you can get such things from the non-free section of a debian mirror.

Lovely rhetoric, but do you really think that this statment you're
intending to make (since this GR is a political move) is going to be
taken as "Debian is only free software, in case you hadn't noticed"?
More likely "Debian are a bunch of free-software fanatics". From the
point of view of free software advocacy, you're shooting yourself in
the foot.
