Therefore, your base is currently broken, since there is at least one package (echoping) whose rights never have been assigned to the FSF (I submitted this entry and never pretended echoping to be a GNU program, although it is a GPL one).

I suggest you clarify that matter: first a political decision, is it a base of GNU software or of free sofwtare? Second, check the entries to see if they match the political choice.
