Why do you so much enjoy taking informal statements and casting them as
legal issues?

Based on a couple observations, I'd guess you're trying to produce
anti-GPL propaganda, but I'd like to hear your version of what you're
trying to do.

As an aside, I'll point out that when Stallman says:

he's not stating that he's doing *anything* illegal.  Most likely, his
records and tapes are stuff like grateful dead, stuff he wrote himself,
etc... not stuff dominated by the music industry.

But, *oh*, *gasp*, golly gee, we surely must distance ourselves from
someone who says something perfectly legal about a choice which is also
probably perfectly legal, in a context which has absolutely nothing to
do with us.  Why, that will make our software just *soooooo* much better.
