It's legal pretty much everywhere. Non-commercial redistribution is
covered under fair use in the various international copyright treaties. Of
course, with Napster causing such a fuss, the various companies are
probably going to buy^H^H^Hlobby for a bunch of new laws to beat the rest
of us into submission.
