This is an alpha-only problem (for some reason the autobuilder didn't build
pwcheck_{pam,standard} and didn't let me know). It appears to be fixed in
1.5.19-2 which has been dinstalled into frozen. Once it's been confirmed
that the bug has been fixed, I'll close it.
