Slight update about NMU request

Dear release manager(s),

Please note that #55782 and #55827 would be fixed as well as #53213
using "[STRATEGY] disable debconf support", which I suggested in my
request for a NMU.  However, there is another "[STRATEGY] apply
various patches logged into the BTS" which may be used.

Also, it appears that console-data 1999.08.29-10 only made it into
unstable, although I target it to frozen - my mistake, I guess.


Also, #55031 will be downgradable to "normal" once -10 is in frozen.


My status: possibly partially active again in ~1 week from now.
