[Y2K] Pod2man date format is DD/MM/100

Hi all,

i did not find this information in mailing lists archives nor in the
BTS.
The pod2man script generates manpages with dates like DD/MM/100 (tested
on slink 2.1r4).
This bug affects the perl package itself, but also all other packages
build since 100/01/01 with documentation compiled by pod2man.
